Common questions

A word wasn't accepted. The word list is based on SCOWL (common English, sizes up to 60). Very rare words, proper nouns and hyphenated words are not included on purpose.

My progress disappeared. Progress is stored on the device; clearing browser data or reinstalling the app resets it.

Remove ads didn't apply. In the app, open Stats › Restore purchases.
