Privacy policy

Wordfrost does not ask for an account, email, name or location. Your puzzle progress and statistics are stored on your device (browser storage or the app's local storage) and never leave it.

Website

The website sets no tracking cookies. The server keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for up to 30 days to keep the service running and fight abuse.

iOS app

The app shows ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers and advertising data as described in Google's policy. In the European Economic Area and the UK you will be asked for consent first; you can change your choice from the app's privacy options. If you buy Remove ads, no ad SDK traffic occurs.

The app also sends anonymous usage events (a random install identifier generated by the app, app version, device region, and events such as "puzzle finished" or "ad shown") to our own server so we can see how the game is used. This identifier is not linked to you, is not an advertising identifier, and is not shared with anyone.
